How fast can you deliver a dumpster?
Same-day delivery is available across most of Greater Cincinnati. Call us by mid-morning and we can usually have a dumpster at your property the very same day.

Do I need a permit to place a dumpster in Cincinnati?
If the dumpster sits on your own property - driveway, yard or construction site - a permit is rarely required. For street placement, most cities in the area require one. Ask when you order and we'll help you understand what applies at your address.
Where can you place a dumpster?
Driveways, side yards, parking lots, loading docks and active job sites are all standard placements. We can work with tight spots too - tell us the situation when you call.
How much clearance does the delivery truck need?
Roughly 60 feet of open driving space and about 10 feet of overhead clearance for the roll-off truck. Watch for low-hanging tree branches and utility lines.
Will a dumpster damage my driveway?
Our containers are placed carefully on stable, level ground with proper pads. We recommend placing on concrete or asphalt where possible; if you're worried about a new or delicate surface, mention it at booking.

Are there weight limits on dumpsters?
Yes. Each size has a base weight allowance - around 3,000 lbs on a 10 yard, up to about 10,000 lbs on a 40 yard. Heavy loads like concrete, shingles and dirt can be arranged in advance; tell us what you're loading when you order.
What can you NOT put in a dumpster?
Hazardous materials including paints, solvents, chemicals, asbestos, tires, batteries, electronics and medical waste are not accepted. See our full what can you put in a dumpster guide for the complete list.
Can I fill a dumpster above the top rail?
No. For safety on the road, debris must stay level with the top rail - no overfilling. If you're running out of room, call us and we'll haul it away and drop a fresh bin.
Can I put food waste in a dumpster?
Small amounts left in with household garbage are fine. Large quantities of food waste are best handled in sealed bags to keep odors and pests away - let us know if this is a restaurant job.

Do you charge hidden fees?
No. Your flat-rate quote covers delivery, pickup and disposal. There are no fuel surcharges, mileage fees or surprise add-ons - the price we quote is the price you pay.
What happens if my project takes longer than a week?
Call us before your rental period ends and we'll extend it - extensions are simple and priced fairly. Deadlines are flexible on purpose.
Can I get a refund if I cancel?
If you cancel before delivery, there's no charge - full stop. Cancellations after delivery are handled case by case; just call us and we'll sort it quickly and fairly.
Do you offer discounts for multiple dumpsters?
Yes - contractors and property managers running multiple bins or repeat pickups get volume pricing. Ask about multi-container discounts when you call.
